Hey there! I'm Amanda, Owner and Baker of Signature Sweets! 

When I'm not indulging in true crime shows, I have a never-ending passion for utilizing my skill set to bring joy into people's lives. My career and love for baking began shortly after my grandmother’s passing just before my 16th birthday, as I inherited her treasured baking supplies. Culinary school was the only option that felt right for me after I graduated high school, as I had already been making cakes for friends and family at events, so my parents immediately had me scouting schools in the area. After graduating from Stratford University with a Baking and Pastry Degree, Signature Sweets was "officially" born.

My goal is to go above and beyond to ensure that your cake & desserts will be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones. Signature Sweets offers a variety of services including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, graduation cakes, baby shower cakes, customized dessert bars, delivery, rentals and tasting consultations.

With over 16 years of Baking experience, Signature Sweets has become one of the most recommended bakeries throughout the Northern Virginia area. I am very proud of the team that I have, but as a small business, I am the person who sees everything through from start to finish. 

Every event I have had the pleasure to be a part of has been an experience that has shaped Signature Sweets to be the strong, sought after company it is today.
