Q: Where can I find availability and pricing information?

A: When you submit an inquiry through our website, we will check our calendar for availability. If we are available for your event, we will send our menu that includes cake flavors and dessert options as well as pricing and add-ons that are available. 

Q: Do you offer cake tastings?

A: Yes! We are offering in-person cake tastings! When you submit an inquiry through our website, we will send you our very-detailed menu, which has all of the details of what your tasting includes!

Q: Do you offer dessert tastings?

A: If you are interested in tasting desserts, our Monthly Dessert Tasting boxes are the most cost effective option!. Our Dessert Tasting Boxes can be ordered directly from our website. We are also offering a Custom Dessert Tasting that will allow you to sample 6 dessert items. This tasting option serves 4 people and is $200.

Q: Do you Offer Allergen-free Cakes/Desserts?

A: All cakes can be made in a gluten free form and we offer a variety of dessert options gluten free! As far as Dairy free or egg free, unfortunately we are not familiar with baking without these, so we like to stick to what we know best. There are plenty of nut-free options, just make sure you make us aware of your allergy so we can prevent any cross contamination!

Q: What options are available for set up and display?

A: We have two rental packages where a trusted team member will work with your venue and/or coordinator to be on-site prior to your event, to ensure your order is beautifully displayed. 

Our Basic Rental Package includes a full table or plates, stands, and boxes to display all of your desserts on, designed to blend in with your theme and concept of your event. This package also includes set up, display services and break down. 

Our Full Service Rental Package includes all services provided in the Basic Package as well as cake cutting & serving knife, boxes for your guests to take home dessert at the end of the night, and dessert bar signs from J&M Designs!

 Q: Do you deliver?

A: All orders eligible for delivery must be a $350 food minimum in cake/dessert for weddings.

Special orders minimum $250. Delivery fees based on location.

Q: What flavors and fillings do you offer for cakes?

A: We offer a variety of classic and premium cake flavors, as well as a variety of filling options to create your favorite flavor combinations! All cakes have vanilla buttercream on the outside layer. Each cake comes with one filling of your choice. Submit an inquiry to see our complete menu of flavors and fillings!

Q: Do you offer smaller Anniversary Cakes?

A: Yes! You can add a properly wrapped and ready to be frozen 4 inch Anniversary Cake to your order for just $35!

Q: Do you work with fondant or buttercream?

A: Both! We will work with you to create the vision you have for your cake. Check out our Instagram account to see some of the beautiful cakes, both fondant and buttercream, our customers have enjoyed!

Q: How much is the deposit to hold our date? What payment plans are available?

A: We are currently offering a $200 non-refundable retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance will be split between midway and 2 weeks before the delivery date.

Q: Do you offer dessert favors?

A: Yes! We have a variety of popcorn flavors, handheld desserts like donuts, cookies, brownies and hand pies, macarons, and s’mores kits! Minimum order available is 24, and packaging and sticker options are available. Inquire for more information and to see our full menu! 

Q: What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

A: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event date. Any changes to orders must be approved no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. 50% of the total cost is non-refundable. 

Q: How far in advance should I reach out for availability for my wedding date?

A: It’s never too early!!! We book well in advance, and recommend reaching out for availability as soon as possible.

Q: How far in advance should I reach out about cake or desserts for a special event?

A: Again, it is never too early! All orders placed within 14 days of the event will be subject to an additional 20% rush fee.
